About
HouseBreaker is a 2D topdown stealth game where players take the role of a thief breaking into houses and collecting valuable loot. The player must dodge traps, avoid cameras, disarm laser fields, and hack safes to clear the stage within the time limit.

My Role
Scripting was my position in HouseBreaker, I built the game from the ground up, creating the level based on the layout of the level designer and created the core mechanics of stealing, hacking, and activating traps.
Mini-games replaces the process of hacking and disarming traps. To disarm a laser field, the player must succeed in a quick-time event. To unlock the safe, the player must reach the goal without touching any other colors in a color- switch inspired minigame.
